Veridis ships to locations across Egypt through our trusted shipping partner, BOOSTA.
- Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary based on your location, peak seasons, or courier schedules.
- Risk of loss and title for the items pass to you upon our delivery to the courier.
- Refusing to receive a Cash on Delivery order without a valid reason may result in the suspension of your account from future purchases.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Egyptian law, Veridis, its founders, and team members shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, purchasing of products, or any delays in shipping and delivery. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product in question.

These Terms and Conditions, and any disputes arising from them, shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any legal action or dispute shall be settled exclusively in the competent courts of Cairo, Egypt.
