At VERIDIS, we want to ensure you get the perfect fit and experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you with an exchange or a return.
In accordance with Egyptian Consumer Protection laws, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or an exchange, subject to the conditions below.
1. Conditions for Exchange & Refund
To be eligible, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
- It must be in its original packaging with all VERIDIS tags still attached.
- Shoes or accessories (if applicable) must be returned in their original, undamaged boxes.
Note: We reserve the right to refuse any returns or exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
2. Shipping Fees for Exchange & Refund
- Customer Responsibility: The customer is fully responsible for paying the shipping fees for returning or exchanging an item.
- Exchange Shipping: If you are exchanging for a different size or item, you will cover the return shipping cost as well as the delivery fee for the new item.
- Defective Items: In the rare case that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, VERIDIS will cover all shipping costs to replace it for you.
3. How to Request a Exchange & Refund
- Contact our customer support team via [ Instagram DM / WhatsApp Number / Email] within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your Order Number and specify whether you want a return or an exchange (and which size/item you need).
- Once approved, our courier will contact you within 3-5 business days to collect the item.
4. Refunds (If Applicable)
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued via [ InstaPay, Vodafone Cash, Bank Transfer, or Credit Card reversal].
- Please Note: The original shipping fee paid at the time of purchase is non-refundable.
